The main objective of this visit was to learn about the progress made under the Inclusive Contact Centre project, which is being developed in partnership between WADA and the INR, with the support of the FPAS.
Throughout the week, this project was tested with deaf citizens and deaf citizens, allowing us to align future lines of work for building even more inclusive services. Interaction with deaf people is key to ensuring that needs are truly met, contributing to the promotion of inclusion and accessibility for all people.
We appreciate the presence of the governing boards and FPAS in the ongoing synergy and commitment to creating more inclusive and accessible environments. We are excited and excited about the next steps of this promising project and to continue to develop solutions that make a difference in people's lives.
