Pista Mágica in a partnership with the Portuguese Confederation of Volunteering (CPV) has integrated the project \"Rights & Action\", which aims to understand the potential of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in volunteer management processes.

 

This project, funded by the European Volunteer Centre through the VERA 2025 Programme, includes:

• conducting a national diagnostic study identifying the potential of AI in volunteer management processes;

• the development of practical recommendations, based on the results of the study;

• Public discussion of these recommendations in a webinar;

• The development of an AI implementation strategy in Municipal Volunteering Structures, highlighting the example of COMPROMISSUM – Maia Volunteer Centre.

 

The project arose due to the lack of coherent and organized information on the subject and the need to start generating scientific knowledge. Therefore, the first phase of the project includes the collection of information on how Volunteer Promoters use artificial intelligence in their daily work, as well as the knowledge, perceptions and experiences they have regarding AI, being available for this purpose the completion of the questionnaire:https://forms.gle/msGmnmWvzH5QX8YW7
