Non-discrimination
It is prohibited to discriminate, directly or indirectly, against persons on the basis of disability and aggravated health risk, in accordance with Law No 46/2006.
The application of this law implies preventing and remedying acts that result in the violation of any fundamental rights, or in the refusal or conditioning of the exercise of any economic, social, cultural or other rights, by any person, due to disability.
In this context, the National Institute for Rehabilitation receives the complaints submitted, forwards them to the competent authorities and draws up an annual report on the application of this law.
If you want to report discrimination, fill in the form and send it to inr@inr.mtsss.pt
