Model Implementation Report

For the purposes of Article 18(1) ofRegulation on financial support for the operation of NGOsPD, the Implementation Report -Model Implementation Report, broken down by expenditure of the support received in the previous year and the respective balance sheet of the cost centre, must be delivered by the last day of February 2018.

The report must be duly dated, signed and stampedto the INR, IP, to the email address inr@inr.mtsss.pt, and the report must also be sent in Excel format.

In order to comply with paragraph 2 of the above-mentioned article, theANNEX IIIon the travel report to be drawn up for assisted travel, andSTANDARD STAMPto be used in all expenditure documents made under this support. The travel report should also be sent by the last day of February 2018.

For the completion of the Implementation Report, please note that the columnMhas an associated formula, which should not be changed.
