Financial support for the operation by the INR, I.P. 2019

According to the regulation in force, the date of submission of the Reports must be made by the last day of February of the year following the support. Given that this year, 2020, the last day is a Saturday, the delivery deadline moves to the day 2 March.
Financial support for the operation by the INR, I.P. in 2019 covered 29 generic/national NGOPDs, involving an overall investment of €1,239,841.00

Model Implementation Report - Statement of Expenditure
For the purposes of Article 18(1) of the Regulation on financial support for the operation of NGOs (Deliberation No 475/2017 of 7 June 2017), the following is available: Model Implementation Report / Breakdown of expenditure (Excel | 776 KB) the support received in the previous year. This report should be sent by the last day of February 2020, together with the respective balance sheet of the cost centre and the ANNEX III (Excel | 728 KB) referring to the travel report to be prepared for supported travel.
These documents must be sent to the email address inr@inr.mtsss.ptduly dated, signed and stamped. The report/breakdown of expenditure should also be sent in Excel format.
It is also available the Stamp Model (PDF | 56.0 KB | 1 Page) to be used in all expenditure documents made under this support.
When completing the Implementation Report, please note that column N has an associated formula, which should not be changed.

Applications 2019
Applications to the Operating support 2019 take place between 1 and 31 December 2018, in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation on financial support for the operation of DPNGOs.
When all the tabs of the Application Form (Face and ID, Human Resources, Travel, Charges, Consumables, Total and Declaration) are filled in, it must be recorded in PDF, signed and sent to inr@inr.mtsss.pttogether with the documents referred to in Article 8 of the Regulation.
Attention is drawn to the correct identification of those responsible at the end of the application form, since they are the ones who will sign the Cooperation Protocol, to be established between the INR and the respective NGOPD.
At the beginning of January, and in compliance with Article 12 of the Regulation, the Advance Protocols will be sent to all entities that have applied for support for 2019 and whose application has not been excluded under Article 10.
