Model Implementation Report - Statement of Expenditure

For the purposes of paragraph 1 of article 18 of the Regulation on financial support for the operation of NGOs (Regulation No. 1026-2020 of 18 November), the Model of Implementation Report/Discriminative Expenditure [XLSX | 772 KB | 1 page(s)] Support received during this year. This report should be sent by the last day of March 2023, together with the respective balance sheet of the cost centre.

The model of travel report [XLSX | 726 KB | 1 page(s)] This must be sent to the INR, IP when requested (Article 18(3)).

It is also available the Stamp Template [PDF | 56 KB | 1 page(s)] to be used in all expenditure documents made under this support.

For the completion of the Implementation Report, it should be taken into account that column N has an associated formula, which should not be changed.

Applications

Applications for Operations Support 2022 have been made from 1 November to 31 December 2021, in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation on financial support for the operation of DPNGOs (Regulation No 1026/2020, published in DR on 18 November).

When all the tabs of the Application Form (available below to download) are filled in (Face and ID, Human Resources, Travel, Charges, Material, Total and Declaration), they must be recorded in PDF, signed and sent to inr@inr.mtsss.pttogether with the documents referred to in Article 8 of the Regulation.

Attention is drawn to the correct identification of those responsible at the end of the application form, since they are the ones who will sign the Cooperation Protocol, to be established between the INR and the respective NGOPD.
