Here you can safely report infractions and acts of corruption or related infractions under the terms of the General Regime for the Protection of Offence Whistleblowers, approved by the Law No 93/2021 of 20 December 2021, as well as in the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, approved by the Decree-Law No 109-E/2021 of 9 December 2021.

All complaints and submissions must be made in writing.

For this purpose, two different Complaint Channels are available, to which access is made independently and autonomously. via e-platform, in the tabs below.

For important information related to the handling of the report or reporting and protection of whistleblowers, as well as confidentiality and processing of personal data, among others, as well as requests for clarification, should be placed in writing and addressed to the contact e-mail address: INR-gestordenuncias@inr.mtsss.pt (for confidentiality reasons, this e-mail address is not intended for reporting).

Before continuing, make sure that you have concrete and objective information to make a substantiated and conscious report or report, acting in good faith.

The INR, I.P. reserves the right to refuse the admissibility of the participation or complaint whose content exceeds the scope of the matters covered by the reporting channels or which does not contain a description of the facts supporting the alleged infringement.

In such cases, the reporting person shall be informed and other means shall be indicated to enable him or her to express his or her concern.
