Seal – Accessible and Inclusive Cultural Spaces (SECAI)

Ministerial Implementing Order No 432/2025/1 of 5 December 2015 established the ‘Seal – Accessible and Inclusive Cultural Spaces (SECAI)’ and approved the Regulation. attribution of the SECAI.

It aims to be an instrument to encourage the continuous improvement of the conditions of access to culture, aimed at publicly recognizing cultural spaces, public and private, which ensure effective conditions of physical, digital, and information and communication accessibility.
