O Decree-Law No 18/2008, of 29 January, approves the Public Procurement Code (CCP), which establishes the discipline applicable to public procurement and the substantive regime of public contracts that have the nature of an administrative contract.

In particular, the principles of transparency, equality and competition apply to public procurement.

In order to guarantee such principles, the IDiPD, I.P. makes available in this space information on public contracts that are ongoing.
