The mission of the Institute for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is to ensure the planning, implementation and coordination of national policies aimed at promoting the rights of persons with disabilities.

It is a Public Institute that carries out tasks of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security.
