The International Day of Persons with Disabilities is marked annually by 3 December. With the creation of a Working Group made up of members of the INR and NGOsPD representative of the various areas of disability, this year the celebrations begin earlier, with a diversified agenda of activitiesThis includes sports initiatives, conferences, seminars, games, workshops and more. The high point will be a the Celebrative Gala, which will take place in the December 3rd, at 6 p.m., at the Lisbon Forum.
