  • Copy of the statutes and the respective extract, published in the Diário da República (Portuguese Official Gazette) or, in the case of an association based in an autonomous region, in the competent official journal;
  • a copy of the legal person identification card;
  • Photocopy of the minutes of election of the bodies elected by direct universal suffrage and in effective office;
  • Declaration issued by the competent body indicating the total number of members and the districts to which their action is limited, at the date of the application;
  • Nominal list of affiliated associations, delegations or nuclei, if applicable.
