Brief characterisation of FP 2016

The 2016 INR, I.P. Project Financing Programme covered 222 entities that registered a total of 541 projects on the application platform. In the list published on 21 April 2016, 462 projects were approved for funding, involving an overall investment of EUR 2 000 000.

In typology I, 388 projects were funded (84% of the projects) involving 57.2% of the budget. In typology II, 74 projects were funded, receiving 42.8% of the total amount.

Projects promoting artistic, cultural and sporting activities of people with disabilities and holiday camps represent almost 60.6% of all projects submitted and involve 45% of the funds made available for the 2016 FP.

Reporting templates

For the purposes of Article 11(3) of the Regulation of the National Programme for the Financing of Projects by the INR, I.P. 2016, the Report Forms necessary for the evaluation of the funded projects are available:

For Typology II projects - Interim Report Template (delivery by 15 July)
For projects of Typology I and Typology II - Model Final Implementation Report and model of the Breakdown of Expenditure - Annex 1 These must be delivered no later than 30 working days after the end of the projects, together with the products resulting from their implementation.

Clarification concerning expenditure on human resources

For expenditure on staff assigned to the project (Table 6.1 of the application), please note that the amount considered as expenditure is the gross amount entered in the salary slip. Employers' costs for project staff, such as: TSU, IRS, FCT, Fines, Insurance, etc. Please note that in the evaluation of the final report, only personnel costs that have been identified as part of the project in the application form will be accepted.

We would also draw attention to Article 1(5) of the Regulation, which states that the National Programme for the Financing of Projects by the INR, I.P. does not cover the operating costs of the NGOs that are identified in Annex 1 to the cooperation protocol for financial support for operation, provided for in Decree-Law No 106/2013 of 30 July 2013.
