National Programme for Financing Projects by the INR, I.P. 2017

The 2017 Project Finance Program by INR, I.P. covered 216 entities that registered a total of 514 projects on the application platform. In the list published on 25 July 2017, 406 projects were approved for funding, involving an overall investment of €1,972,061.
Projects submitted by regional and local NGOs/NGPDs represent 84.5% of total projects and received 64.3% of total funding. The 15.5% of projects submitted by NGOPDs at national level involved 35.7% of the funds made available.
Projects promoting artistic, cultural and sporting activities of people with disabilities and holiday camps represent almost 59% of all projects submitted and involve 43.5% of the funds made available for FP2017.
For the areas in which projects are developed, the following table represents the number of projects and the amount allocated in each of the areas:

General information
Model Final Report
For the purposes of Article 15(3) of the Regulation of the National Programme for the Financing of Projects by the INR, I.P. 2017, the following is available: Model Final Implementation Report and model of the Breakdown of Expenditure - Annex 1 of the funded projects.
Important
When completing the Breakdown of Expenditure – Annex 1, please note that column L has an associated formula. For the correct completion, please refer to the information on the last sheet.
Attention should be paid to the Regulation, in particular to Articles 16 to 19 and 21.
Provision of the INR, I.P. logo
In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation of the Project Financing Programme by the INR, I.P. 2017, the following is available: INR, I.P. logo as well as the Manual of graphic standards it should be borne in mind that the use of the INR, I.P. logo is exclusively intended for use in the context of projects funded by the 2017 Project Finance Programme;
Clarification concerning Article 21 of the Regulation - Penalties
For the purposes of the penalty to be applied in the context of Article 21 of the Regulation, the following percentages have been set by decision of the Governing Board:
- for non-compliance with the disclosure obligation under Article 16, the penalty to be applied shall be 5%;
- In the event of failure to submit the activity report and accounts in accordance with Article 15, together with the minutes of approval, within 30 days of their approval, the penalty shall be 5% of the total amount financed for all the projects supported in 2017;
- Please note that point (a) “dissemination of support in accordance with Article 14” should read “dissemination of support in accordance with Article 16”.
