2018 National Programme for the Financing of Projects by the INR, I.P.

The 2018 Project Funding Programme by the INR, I.P. covered 203 NGOPDs that registered a total of 488 projects on the application platform. At the end of the application process, the list of amounts to be funded published on 16 May involved 418 projects and an overall investment of €1 737 459.

Projects that promote artistic, cultural, sporting activities, as well as holiday camps, constitute the largest group with almost 58% of the total projects submitted. The amount allocated to this area of action represents 48.6% of the amount made available. Projects submitted by regional and local NGOPDs represent 86.1% of the funded projects and receive 79.2% of the total amount.

For the areas in which projects are developed, the following table represents the number of projects and the amount allocated in each of the areas:

General information

Model Final Report

For the purposes of Article 15(3) of the Regulation of the National Programme for the Financing of Projects by the INR, I.P. 2018, the following is available: Model Final Implementation Report and model of the Breakdown of Expenditure - Annex 1 of the funded projects. The report shall be submitted within 30 working days of the end of the project, together with the detailed statement of expenditure, the balance sheet of the cost centre and the deliverables resulting from the implementation.

Notes:

In the case of projects that have been completed in the meantime, the 30 working day period starts on 19 June and ends on 30 July 2018.

When completing the Breakdown of Expenditure - Annex 1, please note that column L has an associated formula. For the correct completion, please refer to the information on the last sheet.

Attention should be paid to the Regulation, in particular to Articles 16 to 19 and 21.

Final list of amounts to be financed for admitted projects and list of excluded and cancelled projects

Publish a Final list of amounts to be financed for projects This includes the amount of financial support allocated, and the projects excluded and cancelled.

This List includes the start and end date of the projects entered by the entities in the application platform, and these dates must be respected. The List also includes the area in which the project was framed and which will have to be included in the final report of the projects.

any changes to the projects, in particular: dates, staff assigned, actions, expenses, or other, must be requested in advance and authorized by the INR, I.P. in accordance with the provisions of article 24 of the Regulation of the Project Financing Program through the e-mail inr@inr.mtsss.pt

Important:

Submission of Annex C

Annex C only applies to projects ending after 1 October and must be submitted by 15 October.

Provision of the INR, I.P. logo

In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation of the Project Financing Programme by the INR, I.P. 2018, the following is available: INR, I.P. logo as well as the Manual of graphic standards, the following should be taken into account:

The use of the INR, I.P. logo is exclusively intended for use in the context of projects funded by the 2018 Project Finance Programme;
The use of the logo outside this scope will be punished in accordance with the law.

Clarification concerning Article 21 of the Regulation - Penalties

For the purposes of the penalty to be applied in the context of Article 21 of the Regulation, the following percentages have been set by decision of the Governing Board:

as regards compliance with the disclosure obligation under Article 16, the penalty to be applied shall be 5%;
In the event of failure to submit the activity report and accounts in accordance with Article 15, together with the minutes of approval, within 30 days of their approval, the penalty shall be 5% of the total amount financed for all the projects supported in 2018;
In the event of a repeat offence in any of these cases, the penalty shall be increased by 1%;

Please note that point (a) "dissemination of support in accordance with Article 14" should read "dissemination of support in accordance with Article 16".
