In the context of Killa Was Here's art exhibition, Killaz's teddy bear is born out of Killa's need to embody feelings and emotions, with a focus on anxiety and depression.

So, to mark World Mental Health Day, we decided to bring together Killa Was Here, the Portuguese artist who created this character, and psychologist Pedro Augusto Martins for a conversation about art and the emotions and feelings that are usually associated with it.

Pedro Augusto Martins has a vast work in the area of mental health and is linked to the cultural sector through music.

The conversation, which addresses how creativity can help those struggling with mental health issues, will be moderated by Fernando Alvim, a well-known radio and TV presenter.
