On 2 and 3 December 2024, the inclusive and sporting spirit takes over the Sports Pavilion of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu (IPV) with the 7th edition of the Inclusive Days of Viseu! Organized by the Association Invictus Viseu and the School of Education of Viseu (ESEV), this event celebrates inclusion and promotes adapted and recreational sports in the context of the celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

This year, with Viseu holding the title of European City of Sport 2024, the Inclusive Days of Viseu take on even more special significance.

This event will include participants from various institutions that support people with disabilities, students with specific needs and students of the ESEV Sport course.

The latter, in a true inclusive spirit, will actively participate as agents of support and inclusion, promoting an enriching experience accessible to all.

The sports activities will be organized in 4 different stations, through which the groups, organized previously, will circulate.

Every 25 minutes, participants will have the opportunity to try a new sport, promoting a dynamic and diversified contact with the sport.

For this 7th edition, the following modalities are confirmed: Disc Golf, Tennis, Hockey, Dance, Futsal, Polybat, Basketball, Judo, Minigolf, Handball, Athletics, Traditional Games, Boccia and Karate.

Participation is free but subject to prior and limited registration.
