The largest national meeting of the Multiple Sclerosis community is coming! SPEM will promote the 20th edition of its National Congress (CNEM) 4 and 6 December 2025 . With the theme “Transforming Care, Generating Value - For an efficient, sustainable and patient-centred health system”, CNEM aims to strengthen the debate around the Value-Based Healthcare concept, promoting solutions that improve the efficiency of services and the quality of life of people with MS.

In a program full of stimulating debates and challenging sharing, we will explore ways for an effective health transformation, centered on the value, efficiency and humanization of care. Check out the provisional program here.

The XX CNEM will be held in hybrid format in the Algarve, in Faro. On the first day (4 December), which celebrates the National Day of the Person with Multiple Sclerosis and the 41st anniversary of SPEM, the session will be in person at the University of Algarve. On 6 December, the session will be held exclusively in digital format via videoconference.

More than an event, CNEM is a meeting of all who are touched by this condition, where the sharing of knowledge, life experiences and socializing strengthen our community encouraging and motivating for an ever better future.

Registration is free but mandatory for one day or for both days. To register, you will have to fill in the form. Virtual participants will receive the access links to the CNEM on the eve of the event.
