Under Order No 7225/2015 of 1 July 2015, and in accordance with Article 13(2) thereof, donors must draw up a summary report of the support products in order to allow the overall statistical study of the Support Product Allocation System (SAPA). In this context, the National Institute for Rehabilitation (Instituto Nacional para Reabilitação, I.P.) is responsible for drawing up the global report on the allocation of support products, which is based on the compilation of contributions from the various donors, a valuable element in the overall assessment of physical and financial implementation for each year.

Thus, the work on the 2019 SAPA Report has been completed and it has been published and made available to consulta.

In summary, it should be noted from this report that, for a planned budget of €21 727 016.50, 23 833 support products were allocated/financed; 13,055 citizens benefited from this system; an amount of €21,111,009.20 was implemented, corresponding to an implementation rate of 97.62%, which made it possible to support a greater number of people, as well as to allocate a greater number of support products compared to the previous year.
