A practical guide on anti-discrimination legislation in the area of protection of minority rights, prepared by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in partnership with the Equal Rights Trust.

This document is the result of a thorough process of reviewing the content of all UN human rights conventions, and the result of a broad global consultation of academic and civil society experts.

The guide aims to synthesize and harmonise existing standards on the scope, structure and content of anti-discrimination legislation around the world, where it also offers concrete recommendations in this area, based on examples and good practices.
