Application Process

The deadline for submission of applications to the National Project Finance Programme by INR, I.P. 2021 was from 13 November to 22 December 2020.

For the purposes of application, please refer to the Regulation of the Program of Financing to Projects by INR I.P. (LGP Video), the Application Filling Support Document (LGP Video), the Evaluation and Weighting Criteria (LGP Video) and the scheduling of the different stages of the application.

You should also consult the Decision of the Governing Board No 13/2020 of 11 November, which defines the priority areas, funding limits and duration of projects (LGP Video).

You should also consult the Evaluation Grid.

The application for the Funding Program will be made exclusively online, through a web platform, so you should proceed as follows:

1. Go to link https://app.seg-social.pt/ong;
2. Enter the platform by placing the NISS and the NGOPD password in the Direct Social Security;
3. Fill in the characterisation of the applicant institution, insert the projects and attach the documents set out in Article. 8 of the Regulation.

The Jury will be available for all clarifications, which must be requested in writing by December 10, 2020 through the email: inr-projetos2021@inr.mtsss.pt.
