Wash your hands Wash your hands frequently as follows:

  • Wet your hands with water;
  • Apply enough soap to cover the entire surface of your hands.
  • Rub the palms of your hands against each other;
  • Right palm on the left back with interlaced fingers and vice versa;
  • the palms of the hands with intertwined fingers;
  • the back of the fingers on the opposite palms with interlaced fingers;
  • Rub the left thumb in an interlaced rotating direction on the right palm and vice versa;
  • Rotate back and forth the fingers of the right hand on the palm of the left hand and vice versa;
  • Rinse your hands with water;
  • Dry hands thoroughly with disposable wipe;
  • Use the wipe to close the tap if it is manually operated;

MASCARA, IF NECESSARY - You should wear a mask when you are with other people.

WATCHING AND TAKING - Cover your mouth and nose with a disposable handkerchief, throw the handkerchief in the trash immediately afterwards and wash your hands.
