The annual report of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights is entitled "The Pandemic and Fundamental Rights: a year in review" and outlines the measures taken in 2020 that the COVID-19 pandemic has triggered and that have caused an unprecedented challenge to the fundamental and human rights of all people living in the EU.

The report reviews the main developments of 2020 as well as the views of the FRA as regards equality and non-discrimination; racism, xenophobia and related intolerance; Roma equality and inclusion; asylum, borders and migration; information society, privacy and data protection; children’s rights; access to justice; and implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
