Home + Working from Home and Taking Care of Mental Health

Updated : 15/05/2020

The guide to support the well-being and mental health of workers from home is the result of collaborative and multidisciplinary work in the Public Administration, in compliance with paragraph 11 of Order No 3614-D/2020 of 23 March 2020 of the Minister for the Modernisation of the State and Public Administration. This Order determined the creation of guides and practical support instruments for information and support to the activity of services and workers.

In the current context, it is especially important to maintain a level of psychological and emotional balance compatible with satisfactory personal, family and social experiences favoring normal professional exercise. In this sense, this guide aims to support workers from home, providing a set of resources to support the challenges of organizing daily life and its adaptation to work models. It identifies several areas of personal and professional life that may suffer major constraints in this atypical period of our lives, intending to be a guiding guide for paths that allow this path to be +healthy, +informed and +supported.
