With the beginning of the second phase of deconfinement, as of today, May 18, 2020, the suspension of activities in the social responses of crèche, family crèche and childminder, and occupational activity center (CAO), must be observed the rules of occupation, permanence, physical distancing and hygiene determined by the Directorate-General for Health, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No 22/2020, 16 May.

A transitional period will run from 18 to 31 May 2020, during which, even if the social responses referred to above restart activity, the worker may choose to keep the child or other dependent dependent in home care. In this case, the worker will have the absences justified by reason of irrevocable assistance to a child or other dependent under 12 years of age, or, regardless of age, with a disability or chronic illness and will maintain the right to exceptional family support granted by Social Security.
