Financial support for the operation by the INR, I.P. in 2025 covered 34 generic/national NGOPDs, involving an overall investment of EUR 1 550 000.00. See the list of amounts granted to operating support in 2025.
Model Implementation Report - Statement of Expenditure
For the purposes of Article 18(1) of the Regulation on financial support for the operation of NGOs (Regulation No 1026-2020 of 18 November 2020), the following is available: Model Implementation/Discriminative Report Support received during this year. This report should be sent by the last day of March 2026, together with the respective balance sheet of the cost centre. It is also disseminated the Travel report template This must be sent to the INR, IP when requested (Article 18(3)). It is also available the Stamp Model to be used in all expenditure documents made under this support.
For the completion of the Implementation Report, it should be taken into account that column N has an associated formula, which should not be changed.
Amendments to the Annex to the Protocol
Requests for amendment must be requested in advance, in accordance with Article 17 of the Regulation on financial support for the operation, and take effect only after approval by the INR.
Changes must be requested in this model and sent on Word format to the email inr@inr.mtsss.pt.
Applications
Applications for Operating Support 2025 ran from 1 November to 31 December 2024, in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation on Financial Support for the Functioning of NGOs (Regulation No 1026/2020, published in DR on 18 November).
For the year 2025, the parameters of the calculation formulae, amended in accordance with Decision No 45/2023, shall be maintained.
