Inclusion desk

The mission of the Inclusion Desk is to provide information and specialized mediation accessible to people with disabilities and/or disabilities, their families, organizations and others who directly or indirectly intervene in the area of disability.
In this context, it provides information:
- by phone
- in writing
- by video call for deaf people*
- face-to-face
*this service takes place with prior appointment, requested in writing to the e-mail balcaodainclusao@inr.mtsss.pt.
On the rights and benefits in accordance with the legislation in force, on the existing resources and also proceeds to referral and mediation / awareness with the different services and bodies that within the scope of their mission have competence in the matters referred to for the resolution of the situations presented.
