Final list of amounts to be financed

Following approval by the Governing Board Act of 12 March 2025, the following is published: final list the amounts allocated to projects in the year 2025.

ATTENTION: From this date, any and all communication must be made solely to the email: inr@inr.mtsss.pt.

Model declarations, stamp, implementation report, statement of expenditure and request for amendments

In compliance with Article 2(1)(d) of Regulation No 874/2021 of 23 September 2021, the following documents are available:

Annex B – Declaration of acceptance of funds and start of the project, this declaration must be submitted after the publication of the final list of amounts to be allocated to the projects, or in the week preceding the actual start of the project;
Annex C - Declaration of completion of the project for projects ending between 1 September and 31 December, this declaration must be submitted by 15 October;
Annex A – Specimen stamp
Model for the final report e model for a detailed statement of expenditure - The final report must be delivered within 60 working days of the end of the project. together with the detailed statement of expenditure, the Balance of cost centre, the products resulting from implementation and the proof of disclosure.

Changes to projects

Changes to approved projects must be requested in the change request template and sent in word format to the email inr@inr.mtsss.pt. In this connection, we would point out that requests for amendments must be previously requested, in accordance with Article 18 of the Project Financing Programme Regulation, and shall take effect only after approval by the INR.

Important notes:

In the case of projects started in the meantime, Annex B should be sent after publication of the final list of admitted projects and total amount to be funded.
When completing the Breakdown of Expenditure, please note that column L has an associated formula. whenever you enter rows in the excel map, you must drag the formula entered in the top row. For the correct completion, please refer to the information on the last sheet.
Particular attention should be paid to compliance with the Regulation, in particular with Articles 13 to 18.
For IT security reasons, we are unable to access the WeTransfer. In this sense, the documents must be sent through other transfer platforms (google drive, for example), in several emails, or by post using a pen.

Provision of the INR, I.P. logo

In accordance with Article 14 of the Regulation, is available the logo INR, I.P. [PDF | 458 KB | 1 page(s)], as well as Manual of graphic standards [PDF | 918 KB | 11 page(s)], the following should be taken into account:

The use of the INR, I.P. logo is exclusively intended for use in the context of projects funded by the 2025 Project Finance Programme;
The use of the logo outside this scope will be punished in accordance with the law.
