INR organizes international meeting on inclusion and human rights

The National Institute for Rehabilitation, I.P. (INR) holds on 19 November 2025, at the Auditorium of the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP), in Xabregas, Lisbon, a Technical-Scientific Meeting on the theme ‘The Centrality of the Person in the Paradigm of Human Rights’.
This meeting aims to be a space for reflection, dialogue and multidisciplinary sharing among the academic community, professionals in the field, representatives of civil society organizations and people with disabilities. The objective is to discuss policies, practices and models of intervention that place the person at the center of decisions, in a perspective of promoting inclusion, citizenship and human rights.
The initiative is promoted by INR, in partnership with the Observatory of Disability and Human Rights, the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences, the Center for Disability Studies, ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon and ASSOL - Association of Social Solidarity of Lafões; It will feature national and international speakers and speakers of recognised merit*.
