Applications for the Housing Intervention Program (PIH) are currently underway.

This programme aims to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, in housing, throughout the territory of mainland Portugal, and with the aim of supporting interventions in at least 1,000 housing units.

Financial support per type of intervention and per unit value (values excluding VAT), up to a maximum of €10,000.00 (ten thousand euros) per dwelling to be intervened. The financial amount available in this Call for Applications No 3/C03-i02/2022 is EUR 10 000 000.00 (ten million euros), with implementation taking place between 2022 and 2025, unless the allocation in the previous period is exhausted.

Those interested in applying must ensure that they are registered at the counter2020. here, mandatory requirement to allow the formalisation of the application to be made through the submission of an electronic form on the portal for the submission of applications here (“PRR - SIGA”), until 31 July 2022. Receipt of applications may be extended or cancelled, depending on the allocation available.
