Final list of amounts to be financed

The IDiPD Project Finance Programme for 2026 covered a total of 159 NGOPDs who registered 266 projects on the application platform.

After approval by act of the Governing Board of 26 February 2026, the final list the amounts allocated to projects in the year 2026.

In this list, 243 projects were approved for financing with an overall investment of €2 050 000.00, which represents an increase of 36.66% compared to the previous year.

Similar to the trend observed over the last few years, most of the approved projects are in the thematic area of artistic, sporting, playful and cultural participation (156), representing 60.08 % of the projects and 48.60% of the total funding.

Model declarations, implementation report and statement of expenditure

In accordance with Article 2º(3) of Regulation No º 734/2021 of 16 June 2021, the following documents are available:

  • Annex 1 – Declaration of acceptance of funds and start of the project. This declaration shall be provided within 5 working days after the publication of the final list of amounts to be allocated to projects in case of projects already started, or within the week preceding the actual start of the project;
  • Annex 2 - Declaration of project completion for projects ending between 1 September and 31 December. This declaration must be submitted by 15 October;
  • Statement by authorisation to advertise products of the project under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Model of final report and model of detailed statement of expenditure - The final report must be delivered within 60 working days of the end of the project. together with the detailed statement of expenditure, the Balance of cost centre, the products resulting from implementation and the proof of disclosure.

Changes to projects

Prior authorisation should only be sought for the change of date the beginning and end of the project and for the modification/cancellation of activities approved and of the respective expenses. Amendments to approved projects must be requested in the change request template and sent in word format to the email inr@inr.mtsss.pt.

  • Particular attention should be paid to compliance with the Regulation, in particular Articles 12º to 18º.

In accordance with Article 14 of the Regulation, the IDiPD logo, I.P., as well as the Manual of standards and graphical behaviours of the IDiPD transition logo [PDF | 918 KB | 11 page(s), the following should be taken into account:

  • The use of the IDiPD, I.P. logo is exclusively for use in projects funded by the 2026 Project Finance Programme;
  • The use of the logo outside this scope will be punished in accordance with the law.
