Model Final Report

For the purposes of Article 15(3) of the Regulation of the National Programme for the Financing of Projects by the INR, I.P. 2021, the following is available: Model Final Implementation Report [DOCX | 239 KB | 6 page(s)] and the model of Breakdown of Expenditure - Annex 1 [XLSX | 436 KB | 1 page(s)] of the funded projects. The report must be delivered within 30 working days of the end of the project. together with the detailed statement of expenditure, the Balance of cost centre, the products resulting from implementation and the proof of disclosure.

Notes:

• In the case of projects completed in the meantime, the 30 working day period starts to run on 13 July and ends on 23 August 2021.
• When completing the Breakdown of Expenditure – Annex 1, please note that column L has an associated formula. whenever you enter rows in the excel map, drag the formula in the top row (column L). For the correct completion, please refer to the information on the last sheet.
• Attention should be paid to compliance with the Regulation, in particular with Articles 16 to 19, 21 and 24.

In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation of the Project Financing Programme by the INR, I.P. 2021, the following is available: logo INR, I.P. [PDF | 458 KB | 1 page(s)], as well as Manual of graphic standards [PDF | 918 KB | 11 page(s)], the following should be taken into account:

• The use of the INR, I.P. logo is exclusively intended for use in the context of projects funded by the 2021 Project Finance Programme;
• The use of the logo outside this scope will be punished in accordance with the law.
