Final list of amounts to be financed

After the hearing of interested parties, the following is published: final list of amounts to be financed for admitted projects [PDF | 688 KB | 10 page(s)], to the Project Financing Program by INR, I.P. in the year 2023, approved by the Governing Board Act of 6 March 2023.

ATTENTION: From this date, any and all communication must be made to the email: inr@inr.mtsss.pt.

Model declarations, stamp, implementation report, statement of expenditure and request for amendments

In accordance with Article 2(1)(d) of Regulation No 874/2021 of 23 September 2021, the following documents are available:

Annex B - Declaration of acceptance of funds and start of the project [DOCX | 83 KB | 1 page(s)] – this declaration must be submitted after the publication of the final list of amounts to be allocated to the projects, or in the week preceding the actual start of the project;
Annex C - Declaration of completion of the project [DOCX | 83 KB | 1 page(s)] – for projects ending between 1 September and 31 December, this declaration must be submitted by 15 October;
Annex A - Stamping template [PDF | 79 KB | 1 page(s)];
Model Final implementation report [DOCX | 238 KB | 5 page(s)] of the project and of Breakdown of expenditure [XLSX | 474 KB | 1 page(s)] - The final report must be delivered within 60 working days of the end of the project. together with the detailed statement of expenditure, the Balance of cost centre, the products resulting from implementation and the proof of disclosure.

Important information

For IT security reasons, we are unable to access WeTransfer. In this sense, the documents related to the 2023 Final Implementation Reports of the projects should be sent via other transfer platforms (google drive, for example), in several emails, or by post using a pen.

Changes to projects

Requests for amendment must be requested in advance, in accordance with Article 18 of the Project Financing Programme Regulation, and shall take effect only after approval by the INR.

Changes to projects approved in the year 2023 should be requested in the Modification request template [DOCX | 255 KB | 6 page(s)] and sent in word format to the email inr@inr.mtsss.pt.

Notes:

In the case of projects completed in the meantime, the period of 60 working days shall run from the day following the publication of the final list of admitted projects and the total amount to be financed.
When completing the Breakdown of Expenditure, please note that column L has an associated formula. whenever you enter rows in the excel map, you must drag the formula entered in the top row. For the correct completion, please refer to the information on the last sheet.
Particular attention should be paid to compliance with the Regulation, in particular with Articles 13 to 18.

Provision of the INR, I.P. logo

In accordance with Article 14 of the Regulation, the logo INR, I.P. [PDF | 458 KB | 1 page(s)], as well as Manual of graphic standards [PDF | 918 KB | 11 page(s)], the following should be taken into account:

The use of the INR, I.P. logo is exclusively intended for use in the context of projects funded by the 2023 Project Finance Programme;
The use of the logo outside this scope will be punished in accordance with the law.
