Republication - PIEP - Notice No 4/C03-i02/2023 | Submission of applications by 15 January 2024

The Intervention Programme in Public Buildings aims to promote accessibility for people with restricted mobility in access to public services throughout the territory of mainland Portugal, with the aim of supporting interventions in at least 1,500 public buildings with face-to-face attendance and with financial availability, a new notice is published setting out the rules applicable to financial support allocated to the same programme.

The financial reinforcement provided for in this Notice also responds to the needs felt, given the increase in values associated with materials, equipment and labor.

This notice is addressed to the central government. local authorities and municipal companies. Under PIEP funding, entities providing the public service, with face-to-face attendance and included in the list of the Directorate-General for Budget (DGO) are considered eligible.

Financial support per type of intervention and per unit value (values excluding VAT), up to a maximum of €13 000.00 (thirteen thousand euros) per property to be intervened.

The financial amount available in this Call for Applications No 4/C03-i02/2023 is EUR 16 380 000.00 (sixteen million three hundred and eighty thousand euros), without prejudice to this being added to the remaining balance of Call for Applications No 2/C03-i02/2021.

Those interested in applying must ensure that they are registered at the counter2020: https://balcao.portugal2020.pt/balcao2020.idp/RequestLoginAndPassword.aspx, mandatory requirement to allow the formalisation of the application to be made through the submission of an electronic form on the portal for the submission of applications https://benef.recuperarportugal.gov.pt/siga-bf (“PRR - SIGA”) until 15 January 2024. Receipt of applications may be extended or cancelled, depending on the allocation available.
