PIH Republication - Notice No5/C03-i02/2023 | Submission of applications by 15 January 2024

The Housing Intervention Programme aims to improve accessibility in housing for people with disabilities and/or permanent disability, throughout the territory of mainland Portugal, with the aim of supporting interventions in at least 1,000 housing units, and if there is financial availability, a new notice is published setting out the rules applicable to the financial support allocated to the same programme.

The financial reinforcement provided for in this Notice also responds to the needs felt, given the increase in values associated with materials, equipment and labor.

This notice is addressed to municipalities and municipal companies.

Financial support per type of intervention and per unit value (values excluding VAT), up to a maximum of €15 500.00 (fifteen thousand five hundred euros) per dwelling to be intervened.

The financial amount available in this Call for Applications No 5/C03-i02/2023 is EUR 10 540 000.00 (ten million five hundred and forty thousand euros), without prejudice to this being added to the remaining balance of Call for Applications No 3/C03-i02/2022.

Those interested in applying must ensure that they are registered at the counter2020: https://balcao.portugal2020.pt/balcao2020.idp/RequestLoginAndPassword.aspx, mandatory requirement to allow the formalisation of the application to be made through the submission of an electronic form on the portal for the submission of applications https://benef.recuperarportugal.gov.pt/siga-bf (“PRR - SIGA”) until 15 January 2024. Receipt of applications may be extended or cancelled, depending on the allocation available.
