Sports + Accessible Award

O Sports + Accessible Award developed by the National Institute for Rehabilitation, I.P. (INR, I.P.) and the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth, I.P. (IPDJ, I.P.), distinguishes projects that promote the development of sport and physical activity for people with disabilities, with a view to their social inclusion.
The winning project will receive a prize of € 7,000, awarded by the INR, I.P. in partnership with the IPDJ, I.P. and the Decathlon Portugal. This year, the winner will also receive 7 hours of consulting. online specialized in volunteer management, in the amount of 350 €, promoted by the partner Magical Clue.
For this edition, three priority areas have been defined:
- training;
- accessibility and support products;
- Sports development.
For each priority area will be awarded 1 honorable mention, which will receive a prize from Decathlon Portugal, in sports equipment, in the amount of € 500.00 and from Pista Mágica, in 5 hours of consulting online specialized in volunteer management, in the amount of 250€.
